Industrial AI Summit 2026 identity projected onto the brick wall at Bergson
Bergson · the 2026 identity in the room

One identity had to work across the whole event.

The second Industrial AI Summit moved to Bergson in Munich for a private dinner and full conference day. The established identity needed to become a practical system across registration, screens, lightboxes, stage content, wayfinding, print, motion, and production.

From browser to building, in one production loop.

My role was to extend the existing visual system across the 2026 experience, then stay close to the files, formats, testing, and handoff needed to make it real.

(a.)

Extended the established identity across the 2026 event touchpoints.

(b.)

Adapted the event website and registration communications.

(c.)

Designed physical and digital assets for the two-day experience.

(d.)

Coordinated formats, production files, testing, and asset handoff.

(e.)

Supported registration, stage flow, and creative execution on site.

The event started before arrival.

Bring the second edition into a working invitation experience.

I updated the HubSpot event theme for 2026, carrying the event story, invitation request, agenda, speakers, and registration journey through one responsive site.

The identity had to perform in the room.

On 8 October, the summit brought more than 80 confirmed external attendees to Bergson in Munich. The system connected screens, lightboxes, print, wayfinding, registration, and stage content across the two-day experience.

Adapt the system to a new venue without starting over.

For the second edition at Bergson in Munich, I extended the identity across lightboxes, foyer screens, stage content, wayfinding, menus, badges, and a looping brand video. I also coordinated production formats and asset handoff so the system arrived as one experience.

A narrower role in the first edition.

My 2025 contribution centered on website design and development, the invitation journey, production assets, screen motion, and on-site support. The overall venue branding was outside my ownership.
